These Terms and Conditions apply to the mobile application THIN Games Reward App (hereinafter referred to as the "Application") for mobile devices, created and operated by THIN Games (hereinafter referred to as the "Service Provider") as a free, ad-supported service.

By downloading, installing, or using the Application, you automatically agree to these terms. It is strongly advised that you read and understand these terms thoroughly prior to using the Application. Unauthorized copying, modification, reverse engineering, attempting to extract the source code, or creating derivative works of the Application or any of our registered trademarks is strictly prohibited. All trademarks, copyrights, and intellectual property rights related to the Application remain the exclusive property of the Service Provider.

User Account, Fair Play, and Fraud Prevention

To maintain a secure and fair environment for all users, you agree to adhere to the following rules:

• Single Account Policy: Only one account per physical device, household, and individual is permitted. Operating duplicate, automated, or multiple accounts is strictly forbidden.

• Prohibition of Fraudulent Tools: The use of Virtual Private Networks (VPNs), proxies, emulators, automated bots, autoclickers, or any third-party software intended to manipulate IP addresses, simulate human behavior, or bypass geographic restrictions is strictly prohibited.

• Account Termination and Forfeiture: The Service Provider reserves the right to immediately suspend, block, or permanently terminate any user account found violating these rules, and to cancel all accrued points, tokens, or pending reward redemptions without prior notice.

Rewards and Redemptions Disclaimer

• Points, virtual coins, or rewards earned within the Application do not represent legal tender, money, or investments. They constitute promotional tokens within a loyalty program.

• All reward redemptions and payout requests are subject to manual or automated verification to prevent fraudulent activity. The Service Provider reserves the right to decline any redemption request resulting from suspicious or abusive behavior.

Third-Party Services

The Application utilizes third-party services that have their own Terms and Conditions. Please review the terms of the third-party providers used by the Application:

• Google Play Services

• Google AdMob

• Unity Ads

System Requirements and Updates

The Service Provider strives to ensure that the Application remains fully functional, but is not responsible for failures caused by poor internet connectivity, device battery depletion, or unauthorized system modifications (such as rooting or jailbreaking). You agree to download and install available updates to ensure optimal performance and security.

Modifications and Termination

The Service Provider may update these Terms and Conditions periodically. Continued use of the Application after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
