Account & Data Deletion Request

At THIN Games, we respect your right to privacy and give you full control over your personal data. If you wish to delete your account and all associated personal data from the Reward App, please follow the instructions below.

How to Request Deletion: Send an email to our support team:

• Email: support@thingames.online

• Subject: Account Deletion Request

• Required Information: Your full name, registered email address, and registered phone number.

Processing Time & Data Handled:

• Once your request is received and verified, your account, login credentials, transaction history, balance, and device identifiers will be permanently deleted from our active database within 7 business days.

• A confirmation email will be sent to you once the deletion process is completed.

• Certain transaction records may be retained temporarily only where required by legal, security, or anti-fraud obligations.
